PowerRiders Club Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver

Welcome to PowerRiders Club

PowerRiders Club is a riding community created to connect riders through events, rides, training opportunities, communication, and shared experiences.

By joining the Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in PowerRiders Club activities, rides, events, forums, groups, and online communities is completely voluntary.

Members understand that motorcycle and powersports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • serious injury;

  • property damage;

  • death;

  • accidents caused by road conditions, weather, traffic, wildlife, other riders, or other circumstances.

By participating in Club activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. Assumption of Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for:

  • their own motorcycle or vehicle;

  • their riding decisions and behavior;

  • maintaining proper licensing and endorsements;

  • maintaining legally required insurance coverage;

  • ensuring their vehicle is safe and roadworthy;

  • following all traffic laws and regulations.

PowerRiders Club, Coleman PowerSports, PowerRide University, sponsors, volunteers, ride leaders, and affiliated individuals are not responsible for the actions, safety, or conduct of individual riders.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in PowerRiders Club activities, the member agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

  • PowerRiders Club;

  • Coleman PowerSports;

  • PowerRide University;

  • Club officers;

  • volunteers;

  • sponsors;

  • event coordinators;

  • ride leaders;

  • employees and representatives.

 

This release applies to any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from participation in Club activities, including injury, death, property damage, theft, or loss.

 

This release applies whether participation occurs:

  • online;

  • at dealership events;

  • during organized rides;

  • at community gatherings;

  • at training activities;

  • at sponsored events.

4. Ride & Event Participation

Members understand that:

  • group rides are voluntary;

  • riders are responsible for their own riding pace and decisions;

  • riders may leave a group ride at any time;

  • no ride leader or Club representative is providing professional instruction unless specifically stated;

  • members must ride within their own skill level and comfort zone.

Members agree to never operate a motorcycle or vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or any condition that may affect safe operation.

5. Member Conduct

PowerRiders Club is intended to be a respectful, inclusive, and community-oriented organization.

Members agree to:

  • treat other members respectfully;

  • follow event and forum rules;

  • avoid dangerous or reckless behavior;

  • avoid harassment, discrimination, or intimidation;

  • promote safe and responsible riding.

PowerRiders Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or harmful to the community.

6. Media Release

Members grant permission for PowerRiders Club, Coleman PowerSports, and PowerRide University to use photographs, videos, or media captured during events or activities for:

  • social media;

  • marketing;

  • promotional materials;

  • Club communications;

  • website content.

Members who do not wish to appear in promotional materials may notify the Club in writing.

7. Badge & Rewards Program

PowerRiders Club may offer participation badges, rewards, rankings, or recognition programs.

These programs:

  • have no cash value;

  • may change over time;

  • are intended for community engagement purposes only;

  • may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Membership Terms

Membership benefits, programs, discounts, and offerings may change over time.

PowerRiders Club reserves the right to:

  • modify membership structures;

  • change benefits;

  • adjust participation requirements;

  • update policies and rules.

Members will be notified of significant changes when appropriate.

9. Acknowledgement

By joining PowerRiders Club, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understand this Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver;

  • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation;

  • I understand motorcycles and powersports activities are inherently dangerous;

  • I agree to release and hold harmless PowerRiders Club and affiliated parties;

  • I agree to follow the rules and expectations of the community.

By completing the membership registration, the member acknowledges and agrees to this PowerRiders Club Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver.
