If you do not agree, please do not use the website or participate in club activities.

2. Membership & Participation

PowerRiders Club is a community-based riding organization designed to connect powersports enthusiasts through events, rides, training, and social activities.

Membership may require:

  • Compliance with club rules and safety guidelines

  • Payment of applicable membership or event fees

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct deemed unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the club or its members.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in motorcycle, ATV, UTV, scooter, and other powersports activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury, property damage, or death.

By participating in PowerRiders Club activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with:

  • Group rides

  • Organized events

  • Off-road riding

  • Road travel

  • Mechanical failures

  • Weather conditions

  • Actions of other participants

You participate entirely at your own risk.

4. Rider Responsibility

All participants are solely responsible for:

  • Operating their vehicle safely

  • Maintaining proper licensing and insurance

  • Following all local, state, and federal laws

  • Wearing appropriate safety gear

  • Ensuring their vehicle is in safe operating condition

PowerRiders Club does not guarantee rider safety or the condition of roads, trails, or event locations.

3. Assumption of Risk

  • Accidents

  • Delays

  • Mechanical failures

  • Acts of third parties

arising from participation in any club activity or use of this website.

Participation constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless PowerRiders Club and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities.

6. Event Registration & Payments

Event registrations may be subject to:

  • Limited availability

  • Deadlines

  • Cancellation policies

  • Refund policies

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Event fees are non-refundable within 10 days of the event

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events at any time.
